Hosting
Die Seite wird über Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 und CloudFront) ausgeliefert. Beim Aufruf verarbeitet AWS deine IP-Adresse, den Zeitpunkt und die abgerufene Datei in Server-Logs, um die Seite auszuliefern und abzusichern (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). AWS kann diese Daten in den USA verarbeiten und ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.
Dein Standort
Dein Standort wird nur abgefragt, wenn du „Nächste Bank finden“, „Hierhin gehen“, „Losgehen“ oder den Standort-Knopf antippst, und nur mit deiner Erlaubnis im Browser (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Er wird in deinem Browser verwendet und nie an uns gesendet. Zur Berechnung eines Fußwegs werden Startpunkt und Position der Bank an den unten genannten Routing-Dienst übermittelt. Eine von Hand auf der Karte gesetzte Position wird genauso behandelt.

Um Karte und Bankdetails anzuzeigen, lädt dein Browser Daten direkt von diesen Diensten, die dabei deine IP-Adresse sehen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO):

- OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org): Hintergrundkarte.
- Overture Maps Foundation, gehostet auf Amazon S3 in den USA: Bankdaten.
- FOSSGIS e.V., Deutschland (routing.openstreetmap.de): Fußwege. Erhält Start- und Zielkoordinaten der Route.
- OpenStreetMap Foundation, Vereinigtes Königreich (api.openstreetmap.org): Details einer ausgewählten Bank.
- Wikimedia Commons, Wikimedia Foundation, USA: ein Foto der Bank, falls vorhanden.
- Buy Me a Coffee (cdnjs.buymeacoffee.com), Publisherr Inc., USA: der Kaffee-Button.
- Google Fonts, Google Ireland Ltd.: die Schrift des Buttons (Poppins), geladen vom Buy-Me-a-Coffee-Button. Google kann Daten in den USA verarbeiten.

Your location
Your location is only requested when you tap “Find the closest bench”, “Walk here”, “Start walking” or the locate button, and only with your permission in the browser (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). It is used in your browser and is never sent to us. To calculate a walking route, the start point and the bench's position are sent to the routing service listed below. A position you set by hand on the map is handled the same way.
